Preparing sketch designs based on Client's brief and obtaining budget estimates (usually with the assistance of a professional Quantity Surveyor.)
Submitting the plans to the Local Authority on the Client's behalf and obtaining approval.
Preparing Working Drawings, Specifications and Details.
Calling for Tenders and adjudicating Tenders received.
Administering the Contract and carrying out site inspections as required.
Compiling defects lists and issuing Practical Completion, Works Completion and Final Completion Certificates in terms of the Contract.
