Commercial & Industrial

In recent times commercial and industrial projects have formed the bulk of the projects undertaken by Nic Louw Architects.

We attribute this to the fact that we attempt to incorporate our clients company philosophy and corporate identity in the way the buildings look and, more importantly, in the way that the buildings function.

We unashamedly subscribe to the architectural philosophy that "form should follow function." We do however not believe that "function should be achieved at the expense of form."

Commercial and industrial projects are treated with the same importance and, budget permitting, attention to detail, as our domestic projects.

Although people do not necessarily live in their places of work, both workers and their employers will spend much of their lives in the work environment. We therefore attempt to make their working environment as efficient and comfortable as possible.
